Two years later, their desire to grow their family was granted in an unanticipated manner that left them speechless.
Natalie Maree and Kahn, who reside in Roebourne, Western Australia, were married in 2013 and began trying to conceive immediately after. After two years of unsuccessful attempts, the couple sought medical help. Natalie was diagnosed with a ut, also known as an enigmatic tt, at that location. Nevertheless, despite the unexpected prognosis, the pair resolved to persevere, permitting nothing to dampen their spirits.
In May 2018, they greeted their first child, a beautiful newborn girl named Kiana, whom they affectionately called “Kiki.” Natalie and Kahn were ecstatic to become parents and spoke of their daughter as a “miracle.”

The Roebourne parents were delighted to welcome their daughter into the world, but they also knew they wanted to expand their family. Soon after, she and her spouse began attempting for another child. At the end of the previous year, Mary was able to become pregnant again due to the use of ts to stimulate ut. The entirety of the mystery gift had not yet been unsealed.

Once the initial astonishment subsided and enthusiasm set in, Natalie and Kahn could not wait to embrace their bundles of joy. Natalie’s doctor informed her at her seventh-week prenatal appointment that she had a significant chance of carrying multiple infants this time. Natalie observed two black silhouettes on the ultrasound screen, prompting her to proclaim, “Twins!” However, the doctor immediately corrected it to “triplets” and then raised four fingers in silence to signify that it should be “quadruplets.”

Natalie, who was 34 weeks expectant and gave birth via C-section on July 21, 2020, embraced her new role as a parent with open arms. The Australian couple welcomed a son and three daughters: Maioha Kahn, 2.3 kg, Frankee Gene, 1.92 kg, Marley Rose, 2.2 kg, and Maddison Grace, 2.1 kg.

Kiki was thrilled to receive not one, but four younger companions to care for and play with. The delighted mother reported that her infants were healthy but required some assistance with respiration; consequently, it took four weeks of intensive care before they could return home.
Natalie was pleased with the addition of four more marvels, despite the fact that her plate was already filled. She observed, “We’re exhausted but ecstatic.”

Natalie has documented her experience as a mother to five children on her Instagram account, “Kiki and the Quads.” She often shares candid accounts of her personal life, spanning from insights into her family’s daily routine to the physical and emotional challenges she has faced.
While caring for four infants and a toddler, the Australian mother described in several journal entries how challenging it was to provide all of her children with the necessary attention and affection.

Additionally, she described the daily difficulties of caring for four infants simultaneously. She stated that lactation takes approximately one and a half hours on average. When the infants are unconscious, she and her husband must plan the next suckling session. “Taking care of a 2-year-old daughter and living with four newborns is undeniably challenging, and the feeling of exhaustion is even more unusual,” she added.
Nonetheless, she is grateful for the support of her family and friends. “Every day, we receive assistance from an extensive network of family and acquaintances. Without them, we’d be utterly helpless,” she continued.
